Be part of a fast growing, leading edge sales organization offering energy and resource conservation solutions to large, corporate, institutional, hospital and retail clientele. This outside sales position is 100% commission-based with no-cap on earning potential in this explosive sector.  Our office is located in Ft Lauderdale, Florida. We encourage virtual offices and you can work from your own office or home.  We welcome LEED APs and green thinkers to apply. Previous sales experience and a track record of success are important qualifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Candidates should possess an understanding of, and interest in, environmental  issues facing institutional and corporate America; a good working knowledge of lighting; and an ability to develop and deliver technical sales presentations and stay informed on changing environmental  imperatives.

• The Account Manager reports directly to the Managing Partner/Sales Manager.
• Solid knowledge of creating sales pipelines, driving long term sales opportunities to close
• 3 or more years of proven track record of success in sales, marketing and trade shows
• Manage and coordinate new accounts and prospects
• Excellent prospecting and networking skills
• Previous lighting sales and/or electrical knowledge
• Ability to read blueprints/lighting schematic for plan based audit
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Some travel likely

You must have excellent verbal and written/presentation skills in front of an audience; understanding of sales techniques and customer needs; A good grasp of Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and other essential business tools. You will be expected to attend all meetings online or via phone and submit sales reports; have own reliable transportation and be fluent in English (other languages a plus.)
